13 Irish Recipes Just In Time for St. Patty’s Day

The hubby and I enjoyed our two months in Ireland over the summer of 2016. Such a beautiful green country with some of the best tasting milk and butter that I’ve had anywhere thanks to the year around grass supply.
It’s easy to think Irish food is all green beer, potatoes and corned beef, since that’s what we’re exposed to here in the US. But Irish food is all about lots of fresh seafood, lamb, sausage and lots of fresh veggies and herbs with plenty of Guinness and hard cider to wash it all down.
And just in case you didn’t know, corned beef is an American thing so this St. Patrick’s Day, when you’re celebrating Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, forget the corned beef and cabbage and try one of these 13 Irish recipes instead.
