A light garlicky, gingery drizzle made with dry hard cider. Perfect for topping roasted pork, chicken or beef.

olive oil

garlic

fresh ginger
finely grated

12-ounce bottle
dry hard cider
I used Snow Capped Cider

tbsp
honey
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Warm olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add garlic and ginger, cooking for about one minute or until fragrant.
Pour in hard cider or your choice of liquids.
Bring to a light boil and allow cider to simmer until reduced by half.
Add honey and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drizzle over your dish of choice to serve.
Notes
Stores in the fridge up to three days, so making ahead is possible.
