Grilled Chicken with Chili Lime Cilantro Marinade

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into even quarters
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Juice from half a large lime
1 tsp. ground fennel
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. crushed urfa chilies
1 tsp. crushed aleppo chilies
1 Tbsp. dried or fresh chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix spices together in a small bowl.
Season chicken with salt and pepper before sprinkling with spice mix.
Place olive oil and lime juice in a large Ziploc bag or a large bowl with a lid.
Add seasoned chicken and turn to coat.
Allow chicken to marinade for about 2 hours.
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Sear chicken on grill for about 5 to 6 minutes, depending on thickness. Longer if needed.
Do not overcook or your chicken will be dry.
Remove to a plate and allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
