I always cook my hubby something special for Valentine’s Day. My way of showing him how much I love him.
He finds seafood romantic, so this year I started the day out with my version of shrimp and grits with cara cara orange mimosas and dinner included crab cakes, seafood hobo and fettuccine in white wine garlic sauce, similar to what we had in Italy. Dessert was his favorite, my Blackberry-Filled Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with a Blackberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream Frosting.
Beautiful purple frosting topping rich, decadent dark chocolate cake filled with a blackberry jelly. Drool worthy at the least!
