Instructions
  1. Set shrimp aside to marinade in the seasoning for 10 to 15 minutes for best flavor results.
  2. Place deveined shrimp in a bowl. Add blackening season, garlic, thyme, lemon juice, sprinkle of salt and olive oil. Stir to coat shrimp.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, toss in the shrimp and cook until done, usually about 2 to 3 minutes. Shrimp will turn a bright pink color. Avoid overcooking the shrimp or they will be tough and chewy.
  4. Serve immediately sprinkled with cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
Recipe Notes

These shrimp work well on their own, as an appetizer or toss with pasta, rice or whole grain and veggies to make a complete meal.
