  1. Warm olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for about one minute or until fragrant.
  3. Pour in hard cider or your choice of liquids.
  4. Bring to a light boil and allow cider to simmer until reduced by half.
  5. Add honey and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle over your dish of choice to serve.
